One night I started thinking about what it would have been like if Orlando had met the love of his life early in his career. What would their life be like? What would she be like? Then I discovered Tess Richmond in the back of my mind. As I got to know her I could see a story there. Could this man turn her world around and teach her to trust not only him but herself as well. The pain she had suffered as a child had left an imprint on her soul, a mark that she thought would never be healed. Until she met Orlando she hid her dreams, talents and heart from the world. When he slipped into her soul she wasn't prepared that he planned on hanging around for life.
